🥪 Veggie Burger

Ingredients
- 200 g Chickpeas
- 50 g Oats
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Onion
- 1 Zehe Garlic
- 50 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 Stück Burger buns
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Drain chickpeas and mash with a fork.
- 2. Finely dice carrot and onion, sauté in a little oil.
- 3. Mix chickpeas, oats, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper well.
- 4. Shape the mixture into patties.
- 5. Fry the patties in a skillet until golden brown.
- 6. Serve in buns and top as desired.
