Ingredients
- 150 g rice
- 100 g corn
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 avocado
- ein Bund cilantro
- 1 lime
- 2 EL olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 2. Dice vegetables and sauté in a pan.
- 3. Mix rice and vegetables in a bowl.
- 4. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.
- 5. Add avocado and cilantro.
- 6. Mix well and serve.
