Ingredients
- 200 g Rice Noodles
- 1 Carrots
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 100 g Broccoli
- 3 EL Soy Sauce
- 2 EL Peanut Oil
- 1 TL Sugar
- 1 Bund Basil
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 2. Cut carrot and bell pepper into strips.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry vegetables for 5 minutes.
- 4. Add rice noodles, soy sauce and sugar, mix well.
- 5. Season with fresh basil and stir.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
