Ingredients
- 200g Jasmine Rice
- 150g tofu
- 2 EL Peanut Oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Carrots
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 100g Peas
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 Lime
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- 2. Heat peanut oil in a pan, sauté garlic.
- 3. Add tofu and vegetables (carrot, bell pepper, peas) and stir-fry.
- 4. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mix well.
- 5. Garnish with sliced spring onions.
- 6. Serve with lime juice and enjoy.
