Ingredients
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Bell pepper
- 150 g Corn
- 150 g Black beans
- 4 Tortillas
- handvoll Cilantro
- 1 Lime
- 1 EL Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Chop zucchini and bell pepper.
- 2. Sauté vegetables in olive oil.
- 3. Add corn and black beans and heat through.
- 4. Warm the tortillas.
- 5. Fill the tortillas with the mixture.
- 6. Garnish with cilantro and lime juice, and serve.
