Ingredients
- 200 g Rice
- 1 zucchini
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 100 g Peas
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Prise Saffron
- 3 EL Olive Oil
- 500 ml Broth
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Chop zucchini and bell pepper.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a paella pan and sauté zucchini and bell pepper.
- 3. Add garlic and peas and sauté briefly.
- 4. Add tomatoes and saffron, let simmer.
- 5. Add rice and broth, mix well.
- 6. Cook until the rice is cooked.
- 7. Season with salt and pepper, serve.
