🍝 Vegetarian Lasagna with Spinach and Ricotta

Ingredients
- 6 Stück Lasagna sheets
- 250 g ricotta
- 300 g Spinach
- 200 ml Tomato sauce
- 1 Stück Onion
- 1 Stück Garlic clove
- 150 g mozzarella
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 30 g parmesan
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Chop onion and garlic and sauté in olive oil.
- 2. Add spinach and sauté briefly, then remove from heat.
- 3. Mix ricotta and parmesan in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
- 4. In a baking dish, layer lasagna sheets, spinach mixture, and ricotta mixture, finishing with tomato sauce.
- 5. Top with mozzarella and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
- 6. Let lasagna rest for 10 minutes and then serve.
