Ingredients
- 6 Blätter Rice Paper
- 50 g Carrots (grated)
- 50 g Cucumbers (sliced)
- 50 g Bell Pepper (sliced)
- 20 g Coriander
- 50 g Glass Noodles
- 50 g Peanut Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cook glass noodles according to package instructions and let cool.
- 2. Soak rice paper in warm water until soft.
- 3. Place rice paper on a clean surface and fill with carrots, cucumbers, bell pepper, coriander, and glass noodles.
- 4. Fold the sides of the rice paper and roll tightly.
- 5. Serve with peanut sauce.
