- 8 Blätter Rice paper
- 50 g Carrots
- 50 g Cucumber
- 50 g Bell pepper
- 1/4 Tasse Cilantro
- 1/4 Tasse Mint
Instructions
- 1. Slice the vegetables into thin strips.
- 2. Soak the rice paper briefly in warm water.
- 3. Lay a layer of vegetables and herbs on the rice paper.
- 4. Fold the edges of the rice paper and roll it up.
- 5. Serve with peanut sauce.
