Ingredients
- 8 Blätter Rice Paper
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Cucumber
- 100g Cabbage
- 2 Spring Onions
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 Bund Cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Cut carrots, cucumber, and cabbage into fine strips. Chop spring onions and cilantro.
- 2. Soak rice paper briefly in warm water until it becomes soft.
- 3. Place the cut vegetables and herbs in the center of the rice paper and roll it up tightly.
- 4. Arrange the spring rolls on a plate and serve with soy sauce.
