Ingredients
- 100 g Rice noodles
- 1 l Vegetable broth
- 1/4 Tasse Cilantro
- 1/4 Tasse Mint
- 1 Stück Onion
- 20 g Ginger
Instructions
- 1. Bring the broth to a boil with onion and ginger.
- 2. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 3. Strain the broth and heat it again.
- 4. Place the noodles in a bowl and pour the broth over them.
- 5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
