Ingredients
- 1L vegetable broth
- 150g rice noodles
- 100g carrots
- 100g zucchini
- 50g bean sprouts
- 10g cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Bring vegetable broth to a boil and add carrots and zucchini.
- 2. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 3. Cook vegetables until tender in the broth.
- 4. Place rice noodles in bowls and pour broth with vegetables on top.
- 5. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
