Ingredients
- 200g tofu
- 150g wide rice noodles
- 3 EL soy sauce
- 2 EL oyster sauce (vegan variant)
- 100g broccoli
- 1 carrots
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 2 EL oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut tofu into cubes and fry in a pan.
- 2. Cook noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- 3. Cut broccoli into florets and julienne the carrot.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic.
- 5. Add vegetables and tofu and stir-fry.
- 6. Add noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, mix well.
- 7. Serve and enjoy.
