🥗 Vegetarian Lasagna

Ingredients
- 250g Lasagna sheets
- 300g Spinach
- 250g Ricotta cheese
- 150g Cheese (e.g. Mozzarella)
- 500ml Tomato sauce
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Basil
Instructions
- 1. Chop onion and garlic, sauté in olive oil.
- 2. Add spinach and sauté for 5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in ricotta and basil, season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Cover baking dish with tomato sauce, then layer lasagna sheets and spinach mix.
- 5. Top with cheese, repeat layers, and bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- 6. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
