🍛 Vegetarian Curry Vegetable Fries in the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 400g Potatoes
- 200g Carrots
- 200g Zucchini
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 TL Curry Powder
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the 400 g potatoes and cut them into roughly 1 cm thick sticks.
- 2. Wash the 200 g carrots and cut them into 1 cm thick sticks as well.
- 3. Wash the 200 g zucchini and cut it into 1 cm thick sticks.
- 4. Core the red bell pepper and cut it into 1 cm thick sticks.
- 5. Place all the vegetable sticks into a large bowl.
- 6. Add the 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon curry powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper.
- 7. Toss the vegetables with your hands until all the sticks are evenly coated.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 9. Put the seasoned vegetables into the basket of the air fryer.
- 10. Cook the vegetables at 200 °C for 15 minutes, until they are golden brown.
- 11. Shake the basket vigorously to turn the vegetables.
- 12. Cook the vegetables for another 5 minutes at 200 °C, until they are crispy.
- 13. Remove the vegetables from the air fryer and serve immediately.
