Ingredients
- 4 tortillas
- 200 black beans
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 100 cheddar cheese
- 150 chili sauce
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and bell pepper.
- 2. Add black beans and heat through.
- 3. Fill tortillas with the bean mixture.
- 4. Place enchiladas in a baking dish and top with chili sauce and cheese.
- 5. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
