Ingredients
- 150g Tempeh
- 150g Chickpeas
- 100g Eggplant
- 100g Zucchini
- 100g Quinoa
- 1 Stück Avocado
Instructions
- 1. Cut the tempeh into cubes and fry.
- 2. Dice eggplant and zucchini and sauté.
- 3. Add chickpeas and quinoa and mix well.
- 4. Season with preferred spices and fry for 10 minutes.
- 5. Plate and serve with avocado.
