- 150g Lentils
- 100g quinoa
- 1 Stück avocado
- 1 Stück Corn Cob
- 2 Stück arepas
- 2 Stück Tomatoes
- 1 Bund Cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Cook lentils and quinoa in separate pots.
- 2. Grill arepas until golden brown.
- 3. Boil corn on the cob and cut into pieces.
- 4. Arrange bandeja with lentils, quinoa, avocado, corn, and tomatoes.
