Ingredients
- 2 Flour tortillas
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 Onion
- 150 Cheese
- 1 Olive oil
- 1 Cumin
Instructions
- 1. Dice bell pepper and onion.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables.
- 3. Add cumin and stir well with the vegetables.
- 4. Place one tortilla in the pan, top with vegetables and cheese.
- 5. Place second tortilla on top and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- 6. Cut into pieces and serve.
