Ingredients
- 200g Leftover Cooked Vegetables
- 100g Flour
- 100ml Milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 EL Oil
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the vegetables.
- 2. In a bowl, mix flour, milk, egg, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Add the chopped vegetables and mix well.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and pour portions of the mixture into the pan.
- 5. Fry on both sides until golden brown, serve warm.
