🍰 Vegetable Pancakes with Carrots and Zucchini

Ingredients
- 100 g carrots
- 100 g zucchini
- 1 egg
- 80 g flour
- 100 ml milk
- 2 EL oil
Instructions
- 1. Grate carrots and zucchini.
- 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and drop small portions of the mixture.
- 4. Fry pancakes for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- 5. Serve hot.
