Ingredients
- 300 Vegetables
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 20 Ginger
- 1 Curry powder
- 200 Coconut milk
- 1 Salt
- 0.5 Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Chop the vegetables.
- 2. Finely chop onion, garlic, and ginger.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger.
- 4. Add vegetables, curry powder, coconut milk, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Simmer for 15 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
