Ingredients
- 3 Carrots
- 2 Celery
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic
- 1 Thyme
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1.5 Water
- 1 Salt
Instructions
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
- 2. Add water and bring to a boil.
- 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
- 4. Strain the broth through a sieve.
- 5. Season with salt and serve.
