Ingredients
- 150g Basmati Rice
- 200g Vegetables (Carrots, Peas, Bell Pepper)
- 1 Stück Onion
- 1 Stück Tomato
- 100g Yogurt
- 2 TL Biryani Spice Mix
Instructions
- 1. Sauté the onion in a pan until golden brown.
- 2. Add vegetables and sauté briefly.
- 3. Add tomatoes and yogurt, stir, and let simmer.
- 4. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 5. Combine cooked rice with the vegetable mixture and mix well.
- 6. Serve garnished with Biryani spice.
