🍛 Vegetable Biryani

Ingredients
- 200g Basmati rice
- 150g Mixed vegetables
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 cm Ginger
- 2 TL Biryani spice mix
- 2 EL Oil
- nach Geschmack Salt
Instructions
- 1. Soak rice in water, then drain.
- 2. Heat oil in a pot, add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté.
- 3. Add mixed vegetables and Biryani spice mix, stir well and sauté for 5 minutes.
- 4. Add rice and salt, pour water, bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
- 5. Remove from heat, let stand for 5 minutes, and then serve.
