🥗 Vegan Mushroom Wellington

Ingredients
- 1 Rolle puff pastry
- 300 g mushrooms
- 150 g spinach
- 50 g walnuts
- 1 onion
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 2 EL soy sauce
- 1 EL mustard
- 1 TL parsley
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Chop mushrooms and onion, crush garlic.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté vegetables.
- 3. Add spinach and walnuts, mix well.
- 4. Stir in soy sauce and mustard, let cool.
- 5. Roll out puff pastry and place filling on top.
- 6. Fold pastry, bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
