Ingredients
- 150g Cashews (soaked)
- 100g Strawberries
- 30g Coconut Oil
- 4 EL Maple Syrup
- 2 EL Lemon Juice
- 1 TL Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- 1. Soak the cashews for at least 4 hours.
- 2. Place the soaked cashews with strawberries, coconut oil, maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla extract into a blender.
- 3. Blend well until a creamy consistency is achieved.
- 4. Pour into two jars and chill for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- 5. Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.
