🍝 Vegan Mushroom Risotto Pasta

Ingredients
- 200g Pasta
- 150g Mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 500ml Vegetable broth
- 2 EL Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop onion and garlic.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large pot and sauté onion until translucent.
- 3. Add mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- 4. Add garlic and sauté briefly.
- 5. Add pasta and pour in broth, simmer for 15 minutes.
- 6. Enjoy your meal!
