🍝 Vegan Mushroom Pasta with Garlic

Ingredients
- 250g Mushrooms
- 200g pasta
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 EL Plant oil
- 100ml Soy or oat cream
- 10g Fresh parsley
Instructions
- 1. Slice mushrooms and finely chop garlic.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté mushrooms.
- 3. Add garlic and sauté briefly.
- 4. Add cream and bring to a simmer.
- 5. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions.
- 6. Toss pasta with the sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
