Ingredients
- 200g Silken Tofu
- 100g Dark Chocolate
- 3 EL Maple Syrup
- 1 TL Vanilla Extract
- Prise Salt
Instructions
- 1. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath.
- 2. Place silken tofu, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl.
- 3. Add the melted chocolate and blend everything well.
- 4. Pour the mousse into two glasses and chill for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- 5. Optionally garnish with berries before serving.
