Ingredients
- 100g Cashews
- 200ml Water
- 1 Garlic clove
- 3 EL Nutritional yeast
- 2 EL Lemon juice
- 200g pasta
Instructions
- 1. Soak cashews in water overnight and drain.
- 2. Peel garlic clove and combine with cashews, water, nutritional yeast, and lemon juice in a blender.
- 3. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- 4. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- 5. Combine cooked pasta with the cashew Alfredo sauce.
- 6. Season to taste and serve.
