Ingredients
- 150g Carrots
- 100g Oat Flour
- 50g Sugar
- 80g Applesauce
- 1 TL Cinnamon
- 50g Nuts (chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Grate the carrots.
- 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- 3. Pour into a greased dish and smooth the surface.
- 4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 5. Cut into pieces and serve.
