🍲 Bread and Shrimp Stew

Ingredients
- 100 g bread
- 200 g shrimp
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 50 g peanuts
- 1 onion
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 1 Bund coriander
- 2 EL olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Soak bread in water.
- 2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
- 3. Add shrimp and sauté briefly.
- 4. Add soaked bread and coconut milk.
- 5. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
- 6. Garnish with coriander and serve.
