🍛 Vatapá - Brazilian Fish Curry Sauce

Ingredients
- 300g fish fillet (e.g., cod)
- 200ml coconut milk
- 1 onion
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 1 bell pepper
- 50g almonds
- 2 EL lime juice
- 2 EL olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop onion and garlic.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic.
- 3. Add bell pepper and almonds, briefly sauté.
- 4. Add fish fillets and coconut milk, simmer for 30 minutes.
- 5. Season with lime juice and serve.
