🥧 Classic Vanilla Clafoutis with Cherries

Ingredients
- 300 g Sweet Cherries (pitted)
- 120 g Flour
- 80 g Sugar
- 3 Stk Eggs
- 500 ml Milk
- 1 TL Vanilla Extract
- 10 g Butter (for greasing)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Grease a shallow baking dish with the butter.
- 3. Spread the pitted cherries evenly in the dish.
- 4. Whisk flour, sugar, and eggs smooth in a large bowl.
- 5. Slowly pour in the milk and vanilla extract, stirring until no lumps remain.
- 6. Pour the liquid batter over the cherries.
- 7. Bake the clafoutis for 35 to 40 minutes in the oven until golden brown and puffed.
- 8. Let the dessert cool for 10 minutes before serving.
