Ingredients
- 3 Stück Eggs
- 100 g Sugar
- 80 g Flour
- 300 ml Whole milk
- 20 g Butter
- 1 TL Vanilla extract
- 1 EL Lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Slightly melt the butter and grease a baking dish with it.
- 2. Whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until frothy.
- 3. Stir in the flour until no lumps are visible. This ensures a smooth batter.
- 4. Slowly pour in the milk and lemon juice and stir well.
- 5. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and bake for about 35 minutes until golden brown.
