🥞 Brittany Vanilla Panade

Ingredients
- 300 g Croissants (stale), sliced
- 4 Eggs (Size M)
- 250 ml Whole milk
- 1 Teelöffel Vanilla extract
- 2 Esslöffel Powdered sugar
- 100 g Fresh blueberries
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and lightly grease a baking dish.
- 2. Whisk the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until combined.
- 3. Arrange the croissant slices in a single layer in the baking dish.
- 4. Pour the egg milk evenly over the croissants so that they absorb it well.
- 5. Gently push the blueberries into the mixture and sprinkle the powdered sugar on top.
- 6. Bake the panade in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown and firm.
