🍮 Vanilla Rice Pudding Parfait

Ingredients
- 500 ml Milk
- 80 g Short-grain rice
- 60 g Sugar
- 1 TL Vanilla bean paste
- 1 EL Lemon juice
- 100 ml Whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Briefly steam the rice with one tablespoon of water in a pot.
- 2. Add the milk, sugar, and vanilla bean paste.
- 3. Cook the rice over medium heat, stirring regularly for about 20 minutes until tender.
- 4. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the lemon juice.
- 5. Whip the cream until stiff and gently fold it into the rice pudding.
- 6. Distribute the pudding into four glasses and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
