  2. 2. Pour in half the milk and whisk until smooth.
  3. 3. Add the eggs and the remaining milk. Whisk again.
  4. 4. Melt butter in a pan and grease it lightly.
  5. 5. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan. Fry the crêp until golden brown on both sides.
  6. 6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. 7. Fill the crêpes with prepared pudding (made according to package instructions) and roll them up.
