🥞 Vanilla Crêpes with Pudding Filling

Ingredients
- 100 g Flour
- 2 Stk. Eggs
- 250 ml Whole Milk
- 1 Packung (43 g) Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 20 g Sugar
- 10 g Butter
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, pudding mix, and sugar in a bowl.
- 2. Pour in half the milk and whisk until smooth.
- 3. Add the eggs and the remaining milk. Whisk again.
- 4. Melt butter in a pan and grease it lightly.
- 5. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan. Fry the crêp until golden brown on both sides.
- 6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- 7. Fill the crêpes with prepared pudding (made according to package instructions) and roll them up.
