  1. 1. Whisk the flour with one egg and a splash of milk in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add the remaining milk and the second egg, whisking until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
  3. 3. Whip the cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick pan slightly and grease it with a cloth dipped in melted butter.
  5. 5. Pour a small ladle of batter into the pan and swirl it to cover the bottom.
  6. 6. Flip the crepe after about two minutes when the edges turn slightly brown, and cook the other side for one minute.
  7. 7. Repeat this with the remaining batter until you have four finished crepes.
  8. 8. Place the cherries on a crepe, add a large spoonful of cream, and roll up the crepe.
  9. 9. Serve the filled crepes warm with an extra spoonful of cream on the side.
