🧁 Vanilla Clafoutis with Chocolate Chips

Ingredients
- 3 Stück Eggs (Size M)
- 80 g Sugar
- 250 ml Whole Milk
- 100 g Wheat Flour (Type 405)
- 20 g Butter (for greasing)
- 60 g Chocolate Chips
- 1 Teelöffel Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C) with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Grease a shallow baking dish (approx. 8x8 inches) with the butter.
- 3. Whisk the eggs and sugar in a large bowl with a whisk until the mixture is pale and creamy.
- 4. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract into the egg mixture.
- 5. Sift the flour over the mixture and whisk until smooth, ensuring no lumps remain.
- 6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared dish and evenly distribute the chocolate chips on top.
- 7. Pour the remaining batter over the top.
- 8. Bake the clafoutis for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and mostly set in the center.
- 9. Let the dessert cool for 10 minutes before serving.
