🥧 Champagne Clafoutis with Berries

Ingredients
- 150 ml Champagne (or dry sparkling wine)
- 120 g Flour
- 40 g Powdered sugar
- 3 Stk. Eggs (Size M)
- 30 g Butter (room temperature)
- 1 TL Vanilla extract
- 100 g Mixed berries (frost-dried)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat. Grease a small baking dish with some butter.
- 2. Pour the champagne into a bowl and stir in the flour and powdered sugar until no lumps are visible.
- 3. Whisk the eggs with the vanilla and the soft butter in a separate bowl.
- 4. Combine the liquid batter with the egg-butter mixture and gently fold in the berries.
- 5. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 35 minutes until golden brown.
- 6. Let the clafoutis cool down in the oven for 10 minutes before serving.
