🍞 Vanilla Brioche Pudding with Blueberries

Ingredients
- 300 g Brioche (cut into cubes)
- 400 ml Whole milk
- 150 g Raspberries (cold)
- 3 Stk Eggs (Size M)
- 40 g Sugar
- 1 TL Vanilla extract
- 1 Prise Cinnamon powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and lightly grease a baking dish with butter.
- 2. Spread the brioche cubes evenly in the baking dish.
- 3. Whisk the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon powder in a large bowl until a homogeneous liquid forms.
- 4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the brioche cubes. Press the cubes down slightly so they absorb the liquid well.
- 5. Place the raspberries on top of the casserole and press them slightly into the mixture.
- 6. Bake the casserole for 30 to 35 minutes in the oven until the surface is golden brown and the center is set.
