🍮 Vanilla Bean Pudding Bites

Ingredients
- 500 ml Whole milk
- 4 Stück Egg yolks
- 1 Stück Vanilla pod
- 60 g Sugar
- 20 g Cornstarch
- 20 g Butter
Instructions
- 1. Reduce the heat to low and cook the mixture, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes until it thickens.
- 2. Remove the pod from the milk and set it aside.
- 3. Pour the milk into a saucepan and add the vanilla seeds (from the scraped pod).
- 4. Whisk the egg yolks, sugar, and cornstarch in a separate bowl until the mixture is smooth.
- 5. Add the butter to the hot pudding and stir until melted.
- 6. Slowly pour the hot milk into the egg yolk mixture while stirring to prevent curdling.
- 7. Fill the pudding bites into small cups and let them cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
