🥧 Vanilla Bean Clafoutis

Ingredients
- 150 g Flour
- 80 g Sugar
- 3 Stk Eggs (Size M)
- 500 ml Whole Milk
- 1 Stk Vanilla Bean
- 20 g butter
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat.
- 2. Grease a small baking dish with the butter.
- 3. Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
- 4. Whisk flour, sugar, and vanilla seeds in a large bowl until smooth.
- 5. Pour in the milk slowly and whisk further until no lumps remain.
- 6. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
- 7. Bake the clafoutis for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
- 8. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
