🥧 Light Vanilla Clafoutis for Beginners

Ingredients
- 4 Stk. Eggs (Size M)
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 g Flour
- 500 ml Whole Milk
- 1 Teelöffel Vanilla Extract
- 15 g Butter (for greasing)
- 20 g Icing Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius conventional heat.
- 2. Grease a shallow baking dish (approx. 20x20 cm) with the butter.
- 3. Whisk the eggs and sugar in a large bowl with a whisk for approx. 3 minutes until frothy.
- 4. Stir in the flour and vanilla extract.
- 5. Gradually mix the milk with the batter until no lumps are visible.
- 6. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for approx. 30 minutes until golden brown and risen.
- 7. Let the clafoutis cool for 5 minutes, do not turn it out, and sprinkle with icing sugar.
