Ingredients
- 300 g Potatoes
- 1 TL Chili Powder
- 1 TL Cumin
- 4 Stück Bread Roll
- 100 g Chickpea Flour
- zum Frittieren Oil
- 2 EL Coriander
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Boil the potatoes until soft.
- 2. Mash the boiled potatoes and mix with chili, cumin, and coriander.
- 3. Form small balls from the mixture.
- 4. Mix chickpea flour with water to make a batter.
- 5. Dip the balls in the batter and deep-fry in hot oil.
- 6. Cut the buns in half and place the fried balls inside.
- 7. Serve with coriander to taste.
