Ingredients
- 300 g Potatoes
- 100 g Chickpea Flour
- nach Geschmack Spices (Curry, Chili)
- 2 Green Chilies
- 1/4 Bund Coriander
- 4 Buns
Instructions
- 1. Boil, peel, and mash potatoes.
- 2. Chop chilies and coriander, mix with potatoes, and add spices.
- 3. Form the mixture into balls and coat with chickpea flour.
- 4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- 5. Slice the buns and place the vada on them.
- 6. Garnish with chutney and serve.
