Ingredients
- 1 Urd Dal (Black Lentils)
- 1 Onion
- 2 Green Chilies
- 1 Ginger
- 0.5 Coriander Leaves
- 1 Salt
- 3 Oil
- 5 Curry Leaves
Instructions
- 1. Soak urd dal overnight.
- 2. The next day, blend the dal with spices.
- 3. Add onion, green chili, ginger, and coriander.
- 4. Mix well and form small donuts.
- 5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the vadas until golden brown.
- 6. Serve hot with chutney.
