Ingredients
- 1 Rice
- 0.5 Urd Dal (Black Lentils)
- 1 Vegetables (Onions, Tomatoes, Peppers)
- 3 Water
- 2 Oil
- 1 Salt
Instructions
- 1. Soak rice and urd dal overnight.
- 2. The next day, blend the mixture and combine with water.
- 3. Add salt to the mixture and let rest for 30 minutes.
- 4. Heat a pan, pour a layer of batter and top with vegetables.
- 5. Cook till golden brown on both sides.
- 6. Serve uttapam hot with chutney.
